About us
HERC Express d.o.o. was founded in 2006 by our director Mario Herceg. We are a small family company headquartered in Zagreb at The Westin Zagreb hotel, and for almost two decades we have provided VIP transfers and passenger transport for business clients, hotels, agencies and private guests from all over the world.
From day one we have built our fleet exclusively on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Our very first car, a 2006 Mercedes Vito 115, is still proudly kept as a reminder of where it all began. Today the fleet counts more than 10 vehicles, because we believe comfort, safety and first impressions should never be compromised.
We are especially proud of our chauffeurs, many of whom have been with us for years. It is the clearest sign of the quality we stand for: clients return because they are always met by a familiar face, a personal approach and the same level of service as the first time.

Sport · Teams
From the moment of landing to the match, training sessions, sightseeing and departure – we take care of it all. Vehicles wait for the team by the aircraft or at the General Aviation terminal, marked for players, coaching staff, management and the delegation, so everyone knows exactly where to go.
Sprinters for the team and kit, V-Class for the staff, and E- and S-Class for presidents and directors move in sync to a schedule agreed in advance. Every team and delegation gets the same standard: punctuality, discretion and chauffeurs who know every stadium and hotel entrance.
Weddings · Fair
At this year’s wedding fair we presented an S-Class and a V-Class decorated for newlyweds – a heart of red roses on the bonnet, heart-shaped balloons, tulle bows and personalised plates such as “Just Married” or “Paula +1”.
Inside, a bouquet of roses, champagne glasses and ambient lighting matched to the decoration were waiting. This is just one variation: at the fair we went with red, but the colour, flowers and details are always the couple’s choice – from classic white and soft pastels to a fully personalised style.
